Lead Like a Coach and Move Your Team to Winning Results

Business leaders often draw their motivation from inspiring coaches.  Great coaches have the ability to push their teams beyond what they think possible to achieve winning results – again and again.  Coaches hold players accountable – whether the team wins or loses.

The fact is that employees who clearly understand expectations, and know they’re accountable, enjoy a higher level of job satisfaction, stay longer, and produce better results.  It’s about how you approach relationships and critical conversations with accountability that drives performance.

Based on the findings from 10,000 coaching sessions with executives, managers and business owners, this session will reveal the mindset and tools to influence and lead effectively.

In this session you will:

  • Explore how to transform yourself from a manager to a coach

  • Discover the key skills to becoming an effective coach

  • Identify the six steps required for a successful coaching conversation

We all have days when we are in the zone.  We feel great, think creatively, connect with clients and close business – we are on!   Then we have days when we feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and everything’s a struggle.  Why do we excel on some days and not others?  How do we leverage what works on the days we win to transform the days we feel like we’re losing?

In this interactive, time-tested program, you’ll identify what you do on your good days, so you can duplicate that behavior on your not-so-good days.  You’ll increase your awareness of when you’re most successful, making it easier to access your performance zone.  You’ll see that you can be more effective and productive in all aspects of your life.

In this session you will:

  • Discover what you think, say and do differently on the successful days

  • Identify your strategies when you’re at your best

  • Apply your winning strategies to make even the most difficult days productive

INCREASE INFLUENCE: Discover Eight Attributes of Successful Leaders

Everyone can be a leader, regardless of position. Leadership is about influence – how much influence do you have?  To be an effective leader, you must first be able to influence yourself – by evaluating and managing your own behaviors and habits – before you can influence others – and ultimate – your organization or community.

After conducting 10,000 individual executive coaching sessions and dozens of strategic planning sessions with associations, businesses, and boards of directors, Dean Savoca has compiled the Eight Essential Attributes of Successful Leaders into one dynamic program that challenges and benefits leaders of every level of experience and organization size.

In this session you will:

  • Learn eight attributes of successful leaders

  • Discover your own Wheel of Influence

  • Obtain a tool to guide your personal development and leadership growth

BE PEOPLE SMART: Jump Start Your Sales Success

People buy from people they trust and people they like.  We all know that sales is about relationships.  You’re likeable and trustworthy.  So why is it that you’re successful with some prospects and not others?

What is that intangible element that makes people click, and the sale close?  That element is often Emotional Intelligence – the ability to understand your client’s style and adjusting yours to complement it, while still being yourself.  This program provides insight into the role Emotional Intelligence plays in sales, and provides a proven, successful tool to produce bigger and better results.

In this session you will:

  • Learn how to read your clients’ styles and adjust your sales style to reach more people and close more deals

  • Use Emotional Intelligence to build client relationships that lead to repeat sales

  • Learn to read the styles of others and adjust your style to improve communication and increase productivity

BE PEOPLE SMART: Watch Workplace Productivity Soar

If only your employees came with a user’s manual.  Leading people is complicated.  You’ve figured out how to operate your smart phone, why isn’t leading people as straightforward?  Organizations are human systems, not machines that can be fixed by flipping a switch or replacing a part.

Each person is unique, not just in their knowledge and skill set, but also in how they approach people and problems.  Research tells us that managers who are people smart (have high Emotional Intelligence) are better leaders, retain top performers and get the best from their people.

In this session you will:

  • Understand and increase your Emotional Intelligence

  • Become more aware of your own behavior style

  • Learn to read the styles of others and adjust your style to improve communication and increase productivity
